Hi my name is Doug Cooper.
I am married and have two children, a son and a daughter who are grown up now. I am 53 years old and I am originally from Scotland. I arrived in Australia in 1969 and have been here ever since. I currently live in Queensland, Australia.
I am a Correctional Officer with Arthur Gorrie Remand & Reception Centre at Wacol Queensland. I have been there for two years.
The jail I am currently working at is a private jail owned by Wackenhut
Management. Before working at this jail, I had worked at another jail for 16 years.
I have served in the British Royal Marine Commandos and as a Reserve in the
Australian Military Police.
I
collect Police patches & badges from Australia and the U.S.A. and also
Correctional patches.
I also collect K-9 patches from all over the world.
